AGIP KCO: Kashagan Development – Bolashak Onshore Project; Atyrau, Kazakhstan

Seconded through Rider Hunt International to AGIP KCO to assess the value of work done for the main contractor on the project.  In relation to a major claim submitted by the contractor. Duties included the development of a valuation system that would assess the contractor’s project milestones and quantities installed on the project and derive a value of work done as well as assessing the anticipated forecast to complete. Also, to assist in the development of the claims defence for AGIP KCO.

Simon Carves Limited:  Polyethylene One Project, Wilton Teesside.

Consultants for the Structural Steel contract and the Design and Build contract for the construction of the control room work.  The role included the measurement and valuing of all the works, agreement of variations, star rates, valuations and final accounts with the   addition to claims resolution.  Approximate combined contract value £12million.
