TAP-AG: Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP): Thessaloniki Greece

Responsible for the project controls management of the Greek scope including 550km of gas pipeline and two compressor stations.  Three major contracts totalling €1billion. Management was undertaken using Omega PIMS project controls software.  We were responsible for day to day management of costs, oversight of planning and support to both the Contracts Manager, the Project Manager and Project Director. 

Engie (GDF Suez) Heerema Yard, Hartlepool

Contracted by Engie (formally GDF Suez) on the Cygnus Project, the construction of two wellhead platforms, a process module and accommodation module for the Southern North Sea.  We were also responsible for the jackets and accommodation module (fabricated at BiFab Burntisland, Fife) and the alpha and bravo wellhead platforms along with the process module which was fabricated at Heerema’s Hartlepool Yard.

Ithaca Energy: Athena Project; 7 Rubislaw Terrace, Aberdeen

Contracted by Ithaca Energy to provide project support to the Athena Project, the conversion of a rig support vessel into a FPSO in Dubai, subsea installations installed in the North Sea and Umbilical hook up.  Also, the conversion of existing infra structure at Ithaca’s Nigg storage facility at Invergordon.  Contracted through construction and to establish estimating methodology for the asset when in operational mode and to establish rigid a project controls methodology linking planning, cost and contracts.
